U.S. PREPS WAR PLANS AGAINST GERMANY, FRANCE
"You're Either With Us Or You're Against Us"
 Homeland H.Q. (formerly Washington, D.C.) - (GNS)
- Secretary of War Donald Rumself confirmed today that the U.S. was preparing war plans to attack Germany and France.
     "You're either with us or you're against us," Rumself said, echoing the president and his press secretary Ari Flyshirt.
     "The Germans and French have chosen to behave like Old Europeans. This is a setback in the ongoing and permanent war on terror, but it is not an obstacle. Old Europeans don't fade away, they die," he said.
     Germany and France said earlier this week they would not support military action against Iraq at this time.
     "We can fight this war on as many fronts as necessary," Rumself declared, smiling at the Washington press corps during his daily briefing.
     "Hell, we already have troops there, so c'mon, go ahead, I dare ya... I double-dare ya!" he said.
     Rumself said the War Department, in cooperation with the Homeland Security Department, is also looking closely at the recent speech given by Senator Ted Kennedy.
     "Although he has the right to speak out, we're not sure he has the right to say what he said, speaking against an attack on Iraq. To oppose an attack at this time may be construed as giving aid and comfort to the enemy," Rumself said.
     Germany and France have never been united in a war, but historian William Orange said a pact between the two would conform with many projections about the fall of America and the rise of Europe and especially Germany during this century.
     "If China falls apart from internal strife and the U.S. continues to deplete it's resourcs trying to establish a world-wide empire, Germany is in the best position to become the dominant world power by the end of the 21st Century," Orange wrote in his acclaimed book, The Fall & Rise of Germany, 1945-2101.
